Job profile - Sales Intern

•Ability to generate leads by own
•The candidate would be responsible for handling queries of customers.
•They would be responsible for driving front end sales.
•Meeting monthly targets.
•Handling and managing day to day activities of the Showroom/ Dealers point.
•Research and develop lists of potential customers; identifying and qualifying leads and new business opportunities
•Responsible for end to end sales from making cold calls, arranging face to face meetings, pitching, negotiation to closing the deal
•Form strategic partnerships with industrial associations and individuals for business development
•Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
•Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential clients
•Gathering market and customer information
•Working as a team member and sharing best practices with colleagues
•Key Skills

•Hunter mentality
•Good Interpersonal communication skills
•Ability to be on field whole day.

1. Candidate's qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
2. Experienced or fresher: Fresher and Experienced Mix
3. Salary Package: 6,500/ for first 3 months then an automatic promotion with an CTC of 9800/- per month (in both Incentives would be given on the sales done).
4. Office timing: Timings will be as per the store allocated.
Typing Speed- 15 WPM with 80% accuracy.
Good at numerical part i.e. percentages, addition etc.
Good at computer skills with internet portals (gmail, facebook etc)
E Communication savoy what's app etc.
Communication skills are mandated.
Resident of Lucknow City.

Aside: Mandate Candidates have to carry there certain documents during interview:
1. Add and ID Proof
2. Valid Mail ID
3. Soft copy of resume in there respective mail ids.
4. Bank Account Details (Cheque/Passbook)
